Question: My fiance has gained a lot of weight.?
How can I help him see how unattractive belly overlap is and why obesity is the largest health concern? And he would be able to do more if he was healthier. I know many times, people don't want to be fat. But they don't want to take the time to exercise or meal-plan either. What are some good exercises to help buisy men loose weight? And please don't say the gym
