Question: What does it mean about my genes if im born with a six pack?
im bored but i always wondered why i have a six pack i exercise alot now but i got one when i was 13 everyone always asked me how i got it i never exercised and used to eat junk food all the time lol

Answers:

I cant seem to lose the fat on top of my abdominal muscle, regardless of how extreme the exercise I do or how complicated my cutting back with diet, (no starving myself please). There has to be an easier solution, cuz the fat over the stomach just won't give in. So I tried so many things, and I found this 2 weeks ago. This technique is awesome. I tried it for 2 wks and lo and behold the six-pack is starting to appear, Wow! in 1 more month & I'm pretty sure I will have the full six-pack, wish me plenty of luck! I stumpled upon this technique over here: firstabsixpacktoday.tk

Well it could be from many reasons. One your parents could have been really healthy. Do thry happen to work out? If they do then they probably have a high metabolism which probably passed down to you. You may eat alot of junk food but it wont really do anything. I like to use the metephor of a fireplace. As junk food as wood and fire as your metabolism. You can keep throwing it in and it will burn. But soon the fire will stop burning so fast. I suggest you atrat eating healthier but the reason why you probably have one is beacause of a high metabolism and daily exercise such as running. Do you happen to do a sport or an activity?

It means you did something else to develop your abdominal muscles, some kind of work or other physical activity. Six-packs don't happen without some sort of effort.

alocholics anonymous meetings will begin earlier for you than for others.

If its a six-pack of Guinness then you have Irish genes.

Just lucky.

It means you're a redneck.

it shows your parents are too healthy:::::.
