not everyone's foreskin pulls all the way back. and if it doesnt, it doesnt need to. pain is your body telling you something is not right. so if it hurts, then that means it should not be done
You can either get circumsized or do stretching exercises,. if you can get to a doctor he can give you some cortisone cream to help stretch the opening
Everything seems to be the way its supposed to be.. So rather than try to do something thats not natural to your body leave it alone.
