Masturbation is totally normal and natural and has NOTHING to do with being able to do body building (unless you do it ALOT with the same hand, and then you may end up looking like the guy in the picture from the link below...LOL).
So, I suggest that you don't worry about trying to STOP and just consider alternating which hand you use...LOL.

If this is relating to you losing protein...you lose about 5g of protein in the process of masturbating, if even that much. For body building, you take massive amounts of protein, that make that little bit of loss inconsequential.
Masturbation isn't problem and it does not hinders about nothing. Masturbation is healthy and i know that even if you wanted,you would not be able to stop and i understand you.
what does jackin off have to do with body building? Unless u do it right before u hit the gym, then u could get somewhat tired but no...i would not quit masturbating at all...just do it when u get home.
