Question: I need help Big Time!! Please?
i have this big problems about me, im short and over weight i need help with fixing it in a good time span not to long though

im 195 pounds
in 5.4 feet
and in 15

i want to lose weight and get a bit taller somehow, im not expecting a easy way but a way that i can do my self.

i want to lose at least a good 70 pounds to be around 125
i also want to be 5.8 - 6.0 foot
i want to be this before i turn 16 so basically 8-9 months to do this.

Answers:

First off how tall are your parents. If your parents are under 5.8 then your not likely to get any taller than that. Also you do not want to grow too fast because it can cause bone and muscle problems.
Secondly, are your parents over weight. If so than you have to think is it hereditary, diet, activity level?
Try cutting back on how much bread you eat, how large your portions are and get out and walk every day that weather permits.
Thirdly you are only 15 and guys grow until they are like 18 - 20 or so. So try to concentrate on the weight more than the height, that seems a more realistic goal than the height. Oh and make sure you take a good multi vitamin to cover any dietary gaps that may happen in the beginning while you sort out your portions and what should be in them. Remember do not starve yourself that makes the body put on double the weight when you do get food. Try to stay realistic about what you eat and when, remember to drink plenty of water and other fluids and skip sodas they have lots of salt that will make you pack on water weight and the sugar just gets stored.



WHOAAA 125? You would look good at 140 i bet for your height. It's going to be hard but from here on out you need to start watching your food and how much you take in.. SERIOUSLY you have to want to watch your food intake. you can't just say your going to do it and then quit ( believe me from experience ) and start walking for 30-45 minutes a day and just start bumping it up to brisk hour long walks untill you can jog.. it will take a while but its better than nothing right? theres no " Quick fix" dieting...



why cant you just be happy with who you are? You don't have to be a stick and 6' tall to be attractive. Its different if YOU want to be like that but I'm pretty sure you only say you want to be like that because other people want you to be. Suit yourself but I wouldn't change my whole appearance just to impress a few people.



Ok start eating fruits and veggies and create ur own workout program. And really push yourself to not eat junk. I would do like a mile jog everyday and push ups, pull ups , and sit-ups also you might want to join a gym and get a trainer
