What was the worst bathroom you had to use?!

Question: What was the worst bathroom you had to use?
the worst bathroom i had to use was like a huge empty room with stone walls and a very high ceiling, every sound there produced an eco. Also, it had several doors, and you were never sure if they are locked. You could hear people walking outside, and would always expect with fear that one of the doors would open, and you were never sure which door.
Like a lottery.
What about you?

The 1st time I visited Greece, 20yrs ago, I went to use a public toilet in a cafe. I walked in and there was no throne, just a tiled floor w/ a hole in the floor in a stall. Perplexed, I returned to my Greek fiance and told him I had to wait 'til we got home because the toilet was broken. When I explained there was actually no toilet, he laughed and said that was a turkish toilet and there is no seat. My kids now go to public school here and that is what they have for toilets in grade school, DISGUSTING!

It was a hole in the ground type in a stone out building at the top of a ridge in Lake Nakuru in Kenya, bearing in mind it was nearly 100 degrees and there was no door I'd say that was the worst - the smell was unbelievable.

At a soccer tournament, I had to use a porta-potty, and it was a urinal in there (im a guy), but there was diarrhea in the urinal...

In China the bathroom was a hole in the ground with a board leaned against the side of the building for privacy.

Motorway services...
There were holes drilled in the cubicles where people had been trying to 'watch' others.
ew.

There was a rest stop that stunk so bad that I tried breathing through my mouth. Luckily I only had to pee.
