I am 38, divorced man and I have a condition called gynecomastia - my left breast is bigger and looks like a small woman breast (left nipple and small area around it is 'puffy'). it has bothered me for years and I'm already 38! should I just have a surgery to reduce that OR just learn to live with it!?
