Im scared of doctors :( please help?!

How about the fear of what could happen if you don't go!
Nobody likes going to a doctor, but if you want to maintain your health or correct something that has gone wrong, then you NEED to go. Just tell the doc you are nervous, he'll understand and do what he can to alleviate your fears/stress.

Hey, contrary to what you have been taught doctors DO NOT walk on water. that means they are not always right in their diagnosis. So stop being scared of them. Make them explain in detail what ever you are asking about. And if you don't understand a point tell them. Remember you are paying them! weather you pay the bill or thru your insurance premiums.

dont worry! They will help. even if its something bad, at least you know so you can fix it! (i dont like em either... had to go like yesterday. just grin and bear it! :)

Look at it this way, if what you have will kill you if you don't go, shouldn't you go.

think about your health you have to find out if their is something wrong and don't be scard once you go you will feel much better just get it over with
