Question: Someone bought my item off Ebay, but he lives in Europe?
"Im from Bulgaria a country from east Europe , i want to buy your item , but want to know the terms of shipping can u send the package to me ?"
This person actually bought it from me, but can I still ship him the item, even though he lives in another country? The shipping I put was to "UNITED STATES", but do I have to do something in order to send it to the buyer?
Answers:
Refund the payment. If you have more than one bid, cancel his bid and sell to the next highest bidder(if their ship to is in the US) . Email the buyer that you do not ship international.
Exclude him from Bidding on any other items by adding him to your "blocked bidder list".
DO NOT SHIP, since all this guy has to do is claim he never received your item and Paypal or his credit card will refund his money. Its an old scam, and one that WORKS real well. Paypal ALWAYS sides with the buyer in every case of an "item not received" claim.
You cannot track the package in Bulgaria once it leaves the US.
Those new to Ebay should check the box when creating a listing to only allow USA buyers.
Added information- DON'T DO IT- YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. YOU CANNOT PROVE RECEIPT IN BULGARIA OR MOST OTHER OF THE EU COUNTRIES.
Canada is safe though, if you use tracking.

depends on what your shipping? anything radioactive of explosive probably wouldnt pass postal inspection. but you should be able to go to your local post office and they will tell you
