What's wrong with having a guy firend?!

Question: What's wrong with having a guy firend?

My group of girl friends think its wierd that i have a really good guy firend. We talk alot at school,on the phone, text ,and skype. We arent boyfirend and girlfirend nor do i want to be. Should i listen to my firends and stop talking to him? Or is this normal? I dont want to send him the wrong idea that i like him which i dont. My firends always tease me that we are sooo going out or that i like him and im like haha NO. Help Thanks (:

ive had only one guy best friend named hayden(: he is and will always be a sweet and caring guy. i think its an awesome idea on having a guy friend because he can show you his point of view and you can show him your girl point of view. and if you were to get a bf he would do much help! (: hopefully i helped i bit with your situation.

Nothing is wrong with that!!! I have a really good guy friend too. we test and skype and all that stuff, but we never went out. to this day we are still great friends. guy friends are the best and you shouldnt listen to your other friends they are just jealous that you have a good guy friend and they dont. if they were really your friends they would support you and be happy for you. now 1 question. who would you rather have? the girl friends who are making fun of you or the good guy friend. i know i would choose the guy friend. you can always find other friends.... hope i helped:)

well idk y but I have more guy friends then girls. And sometimes children can be cruel but I dont care don't change who u hang with cause a couple of ppl and my best friends are guys too and I'm a girl

theres nothing wrong with that(: i have a guyfriend and he is now my bestfriends bf and its cute (: lol but no keep talking to him haah your friends are probably jealous(;
