Penis problem, please help?!

It's normal. For an uncircumcised penis, the foreskin suppose to cover the head of the penis when then penis is flaccid. During an erection, the head of the penis supposes to protrude and the foreskin slide onto the shaft. Like someone said bellow, use some lotion to adjust the foreskin if you have to. Because you aren't used to what's have just happened with your penis, you might feel uncomfortable, but it's nothing to be worry about.
On a side note, an uncircumcised penis has more sensitivity than a circumcised penis. So don't listen to someone who said "Thank ___ that someone circumcised you during your sleep."
Erection begins with sexual stimulation. Sexual stimulation can be tactile (for example, by touching the penis) or mental (for example, by having sexual fantasies). Sexual stimulation or sexual arousal generates electrical impulses along the nerves going to the penis and causes the nerves to release nitric oxide, which in turn increases the production of cyclic GMP (cGMP) in the smooth muscle cells of the corpora cavernosa. The cGMP causes the smooth muscles of the corpora cavernosa to relax and allow rapid blood flow into the penis. The incoming blood fills the corpora cavernosa, making the penis expand.
Teared is not a word.
No it just means your foreskin is retracted. Pull it back down over the head and go about your buisness.
Next time NEVER EVER retract the skin before getting an erection if your skin is tight. This causes a condition called paraphimosis and sometimes needs a trip to the ER to prevent blood loss in the head of the penis (which can cause gangreene)
If you think you tore the skin then visit your doctor. After it heals you need to fix your tight foreskin by stretching it.

Its nothing. use oil on your penis and it will be slippery. And when your penis is not erect you can bring it down easily. But when its bach you might wash your penis and remove the oil.
It's called paraphimosis.
Run the penis under cold faucet to get flaccid
and use lube or baby oil to get the skin forward.
No = it should not stay back and may cut blood supply to penis
if tight.

Someone Circumcised you while you were asleep.--- Thank goodness.
get into a bath and run the water so you can soak your penis, when the water has softened your foreskin you should be able to push the skin back down again and cover your glans.
When you are dry grab an eye dropper and fill it with baby oil; and insert into your penis so it lubricates the inside of your foreskin so that it will slip down easily over your glans and continue stretching the skin
until you feel comfortable that your foreskin will come back up again.
I'm no doctor and it's up to you if you use this method.
I used this methord and it works well for me and a friend that had a tight foreskin. Make sure you wash after or you will smell down there.
