The fact you can't stop is a little worrying for you mentally, because it shows you can't relax(and that's important to keep going in the long-run, if you never stop, you'll most likely burn-out mentally, so, work on, thinking:"you know what, I'm resting up today, no pool for me" just for a day, if you feel tired, or sleepy, so you can re-fuel), but physically you should be able to be fit, and healthy in the future.
So learn to mentally let go a little more, and acknowledge you need to let loose sometimes to stay focused, and you got a perfectly healthy life-style.
