Important health question, 5 stars for best answer...?!

Question: Important health question, 5 stars for best answer...?
I think it would be cool to visit Suriname for a long period of time. But, i heard that these diseases are present there: Typhoid Fever, Mayaro Virus, Dengue Fever, Malaria, and Leptospirosis. Here is my questions: 1. Is there a cure for each of these diseases?
2. Can i take immunity shots for prevention?
3. What basic everyday things can you do to prevent these diseases?
Thanks!:)

Answers:

These diseases are very dangerous and should be taken seriously.

-There are some "cures or remedies" for these diseases but not for all. And if they are untreated {due to unawareness of presence} then they could turn out deadly.
-Since many of these come from diseases, I don't believe you can take shots to prevent them.
-If you are looking to prevent them though, I suggest you:

?Bring your own bottled water
?Avoid sleeping without a net of some sort to shield you
?Use bug-repellent or mosquito repellent
?Avoid wearing short/exposive clothing to bed
?Don't eat meat unless you KNOW that it is cooked
?Don't use anything that will attract insects

Stay Safe, DMN
