I take it by "inverted" that you mean your penis is curved down towards your knees instead of up towards your belly?

First of all that's perfectly normal. Penis's come in all different shapes, sizes and curvatures.

Now as what to do about it...

You might want to consider wearing briefs or boxer briefs and "tucking" it in. That along with looser fitting outer clothing should do it.

Don't make.it too big then people will know something is up! If you have tight underwear then use socks or something of that nature!
