Question: Feeling nauseous day after party (what to do to make me feel better)?
last night i was partyin hadn't eaten anything really since maybe 5 hours before i started drinking and i had a few too many beers, threw up 3 times first time it was all beer, 2nd i thought it might have been blood it was spotty and red should have had someone else look at it, but i was too ****** up, then after that i threw up some clear liquid then went to sleep, ive been feelin nauseous all day i went to the gym and now i feel worse. i just started drinking so i don't think it could be an ulcer (btw not a girl so not pregnancy)

Answers:

You were severely dehydrated from the repeated vomiting. Going to the gym only made the dehydration worse. You need now to SLOWLY but STEADILY reintroduce water to your body. But -- be careful not to just guzzle your first glass of water because you will just vomit it back up.

Remember: Acid into Water. Essentially what you are doing is putting water into the acid of your stomach -- which creates a reaction. So you have to do this veeeeeeery slowly.
