How much do you grow after 16?!
Question: How much do you grow after 16?
Im a 15 year old boy, I turn 16 in may. I'm currently about 5'10 tall, and my mom is 5'6, and my dad is 5'11-6'0 tall. I really want to be at least 6'1 when I am older, so, is it possible to be that tall, and how much can I grow after the age of 16? What can I do to increase my chances of getting taller, and what should I stay away from that reduces my chance of growing another 3 inches or so?thanks!

this is pure genetics. just eat healthy n exercise regularly. I personally grew 2-3increase from age 14 to age 18
You don't have any control over how much you grow, unfortunately. However, guys sometimes keep growing until 19-20. So you still have time.
