Why do muscles grow as we work out?!

Question: Why do muscles grow as we work out?
As you first start working out, you can notice that muscles start to tone up, and get firm. However as you continue to work out, muscles start to get bigger! Why is this? How is it possible? explain.

Answers:

When you work out small parts of your muscles tear just a bit. That's why you feel pain in your muscles after a long time of working out because your muscles tear. When your body goes to repair the muscles your body makes the muscle bigger and stronger so it won't tear as tear that easy next time

yep thats pretty much it, when you work out the muscles tear and repair stronger....that that dont kill you...
