Question: Any bad side effects from drinking your own urine?
Wanna try it out.

Answers:

ask bear grylls, he seems to be fine

I do not think there are any negative or positive side effects to doing that, however, pee is sterile, and can kill bacteria, therefore, it stands to reason that there may be a chance of killing off some helpful bacteria in your stomach and digestive tract if repeated often over a long period of time, which could lead to digestive and bathroom problems, however I am not an expert on the subject.

There is also documentation potentially active doses of hallucinogens occasionally being found in urine, however this is very rare, and usually is caused by unprocessed hallucinogens that have already been ingested once, or by some mental illnesses, like schizophrenia, so there is that to take into account.

Overall, you're most likely safe with doing it once, however it does seem strange, from a naturalistic standpoint, to consume your own excrement, but whatever floats your boat man

Not that i know of. But why would you want to do that? Urine is everything that the body DIDNT want, so why would you put it back in? I mean there isnt really anything in the urine anyway, everything important was taken during digestion.

Besides ingesting your own waste no not really since it's something your body can handle. There will be trace amounts of vitamins and minerals that your body will use that it didn't before along with some water but it's not dangerous.

its considered safe and healthy. Google 'urine therapy' or 'urotherapy'.
As such some persons do it every morning.

Um, if you want to get seriously sick then go right ahead. I hope you know that when you pee your getting TOXIN out of your body, so it's poison pretty much.

That's disgusting....

Might as well eat your own poop

You get stronger bones
