Can't ejaculate twice now?? NEED HELP?!

Question: Can't ejaculate twice now?? NEED HELP?
Okay so last night I had a wonderful evening with my girlfriend. We are both 17 so we are both young and healthy. We were really getting passionate last night and started performing sexual activities on each other. We did not have sex however. I didn't realize I was having a problem until probably half through the night. She was giving me a hand job and I was not reaching the point where I should ***. I figure it was just because she was doing it a little uncomfortably and I got over that. She then went down on me and this is when I noticed the problem. After about 10 minutes of receiving head, even though it felt great and I was receiving pleasure from it I was no where closer to cumming and a couple of times near the base of my shaft I began hurting. This event demoralized me for I never did *** and we finished the night on that. I then feared blue balls so today, I wanted to please myself to clear my system. After getting somewhat aroused I proceeded to masturbate with the same results as the night before. I never got completely erected and after this happeing I felt even worse than the night before. What do I do!? Why can't I ejaculate? Is it because I have blue balls or is it because I ruined my self confidence on the last events and its in my head ruining the pleasure? HELP!

Answers:

Your problem could very well be emotional. However the fact that you had pain near the base of your penis could be a matter of some concern and that you could not get completely hard is another. One way to tell if you can get a complete and hard erection is to note if that happens in the early morning hours when most men's testosterone level is the highest. If you can get completely hard it points to the facts that your testosterone level is at least close to normal and that most, if not all, of your sexual "plumbing" is in working order. If that is the case then it is more likely an emotional problem. Otherwise you will have to see a doctor (urologist) for a diagnosis. I realize that you are not exactly enthused about that idea. Mostly because of the fact you would have to get your parents involved. In the USA a doctor cannot treat someone under the age of 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent unless it is life or death emergency. If I were you, for now at least, give yourself the benefit of the doubt. Also give it a while before you attempt masturbation, or sex with your girl. When it comes to sex there is a strong mind-body connection. It takes more than stimulation of your penis to get to orgasm. You have to be emotionally in the right frame of mind for it to happen. So give yourself a break from sex for a few days at least, then try again. If the problem continues then consider the above mentioned doctor approach.

I think you need to go to a doctor.
as not being able to become fully erect is a form of erectile dysfunction, which can be temporary or a more permanent fixture. Also the fact that the base of your penis began to hurt means that you could have had an erection for too long which can cause tissue damage in the penis.
Do make an appointment!

its in my head ruining the pleasure? ... head - groin, thats how we are wired, if you loose the connection with head during sex its a big no no!! NOT MANY realise the close connection with the head and sex...

stressed about it and maybe too much fore play with you or you may of done it too many times already that day give it a day or two of rest then see what happens when you get horny and pleasure yourself

Go see a uroligist, to be safe but it is probably a nerve thing I have done that many times have sex for an hour and could not get off. that sucked.

Go too the doctor!

I concur with Millie. Go see a doctor to make sure its nothing serious.
