Question: I feel bad because of my weight and other things…?
I am a fourteen year old freshman, and i feel bad. Everyone else in my school is healthy, has the ability to get a girlfriend within two weeks after a breakup, and are more active than i am. I have no access to a gym or equipment, i have no father, and am fat as hell. Im miserable. Please help :(

Awh it's okay. Im so sorry that you're feeling like this. It's really sad to hear that you have no father to give you advice on girls and exercising.

As for the gym thing, you don't need fancy equipment! Show the world that you can get fit by just walking around your neighborhood. You could walk around with a dog, if you have one, or a friend. Or you could listen to some music and just take a stroll. If you keep that up, soon you'll have the endurance to jog the whole way, and then, you'll be able to run. Trust me, i have relatives who have gotten so thin from this.

Another thing you can do is eliminate midnight snacks from your diet (if you even eat midnight snacks) I know it's hard, because i have them ALL the time. But just go to bed early or ignore the urge to eat late at night.

EAT BREAKFAST! I know people always say that eating breakfast doesn't matter, but it DOES! If you have a healthy breakfast (eg. scrambled eggs and orange juice w/ a granola bar) then you won't stuff yourself at lunch out of hunger.

You can also do sit-ups, which will help with any stomach fat you may have. (don't feel bad, i look like im preggers cuz i have so much! xD )

This all sounds really hard, i know. But please, trust me on this. You CAN do this! Just stick with it.

Don't be miserable, dude. Being fat is not a sin, and having no father isn't either. Don't let those bother you because your father isn't with you is totally not your fault. And you can try some workouts such as jogging, push-up, etc and eat more vegetables.
Girlfriend is not the thing you should worry about, especially at this age. Everybody else can have tons of girlfriends, that doesn't matter. They will know the consequence of being flirts someday.
Why don't you think of your competence? Maybe you're good at art, math, science or literature, etc..no one is a total failure. Sometimes don't think about what the others do, just think about what you want to do and what you can do, as well as what you like to do.

Allot of people are going threw what you are going threw. You have to get your self motivated! Get your self high moral to exercise! If your not comfortable exercising in public, then do the most logic thing to do in this type of case, "Dance in the Dark!" - And thats a metaphor in case you where wondering - meaning you are going to have to exercise alone. (Like a private room, such as your room.)

Remember, your goal is NOT to impress others in school, do it for your self. Because if you continue to care what other's are doing or what they think about you, then your going to live miserable for a long time. You can look online for some exercising things to do at home with out a gym or equipment.

It's all about state of mind, confidence and maintaining interest with the females..as for weigh hit some running, pushups, situps and crunches, although you should try to be happy with who you are, talk to a friend about all these things and you'll feel alot better:)
