Question: Starting at working out, advice needed please?
Okay, so Im turning 16 in about two months. Im a guy, 5'10, and roughly 163 lbs. I just have some lower belly fat, and love handles, anmd I really wanna lose them, and get a nice set of abs by the end of June. I just signed up for a gym, i have to take transit to get there, so that seems to demotivate me a bit, any tips, coz sometimes im just too lazy to go? Also, can you please give me a good site that I can get intense, good workouts from? I want to put on muscle, and lose my lower belly and oblique fat, its not a lot, and I think I just need to tone up. Also,m what exactly should I do at the gym, and im not playing a sport this spring, so how often should I go|? thanks

Well I have the Same problem I listen to music and get pumped. Join. Sport walk to school eat fruit such as apples. They are good healthy and make you less hungry then much other food. When you watch tv try simple thing like lifting your feet up and down or do weights like a 1 pound weight and lift it for awhile. It builds up muscle trust me.



Advice: Cancel your gym membership. There are plenty of exercises you can do in your own living room that don't recquire machines. Or at the very least, just a set of dumbbells. Sit-ups, Mason/Russian Twists, flutter kicks, Crunches and Sit-ups will provide a great workout for your core. Push-Ups, pull-ups and simple curls and presses with weights will work your upper body. Squats with weights will work your legs. Cardio, say jogging or running 30 or 45 mins a day will help you lose those love handles, AS LONG as you burn more calories than you eat. Also, as a tip, the BEST TIME OF DAY to exercise is in the morning, WITHIN an hour of waking up. Goodluck! :)
