Scared of Penises - HELP?!

Question: Scared of Penises - HELP?
Im a girl - turning 20 soon. I know what a man 'looks' like without clothes, but I'm just terrified of their penises.

It looks scary and the thought of having sex with that...GHASTLY thing inside of me is scary!!

How do I overcome my fear? I've watched porn to help me get over it, but everytme i freak out when i see a penis!

p.s. I am NOT lesbian! -__-
p.p.s. im virgin - mainly because im scared of ugly penises... -_-

Answers:

Lots of girls would say that the thing that's wrong with a penis is that theres a guy attached to the end of it : )

To begin with, buy yourself a nice smooth dildo so you can get a feeling of what penetration is like

When you start enjoying that, get a more natural looking dildo, with all the knobbly bits etc., and try that

When your satisfied you can handle the size and shape, go find yourself a handsome guy and see if you can handle the real thing, just touching and feeling to begin with, he'll enjoy whatever you do, so don't be shy to tell him your nervous around mens equipment

If he's into you enough and cares for your feelings and is a skilled lover he will give you plenty of foreplay to get you turned on and wet and bringing you to orgasm after orgasm with his hands and tongue, before he reveals his penis to you. Knowing your a virgin, he'll do anything you ask, even shaving off all his pubic hair to make it look more attractive for you

So then try going all the way, under the covers with the lights off if you like, so long as you are feeling comfortable

Good luck

You need to focus on the PERSON, not the body part. The man is a human being, a total person with feelings, mind, and soul. He is not just his body or sexuality.
Practice letting your attention rest on pleasurable feelings throughout your body when you make love. It is not just a genital experience. Don't let your attention go to that place and magnify it; spread out your awareness so that you sense your entire body and let the sensuality circulate to different parts of your body.
Find a visual image that you can bring to your mind while making love, something that is consistent with what you want to be feeling at that time--perhaps a tropical beach with the rhythmic sound of the waves. Practice visualizing your chosen image. Then, if you need it while making love, in order to let go of fearful thoughts and pictures in your mind, you can use your image to help yourself relax or get in sync with your partner.
Don't watch porn. Choose romantic, beautiful, sensual images and music.
Don't make love with someone you don't love. It should be someone you trust, who understands, and who will not insist that you have to look at his penis if you don't want to.
Please remember to have safe and protected sex.

I think you are new to these type of things. You are not mature enough to realize that having sex is divine one . There is nothing to afraid of penis. It is just a reproduction tool gifted by god. I am sure one day you will realize the pleasure of it.

This is known as phallophobia, the best thing you can do is talk to someone close to you about it and get some support because the older you get the more it can burden your life...

I dunno, but it sounds as weird as those people on the Maury show with irrational fears of things like balloons, pickles and peaches.
