If you are a late bloomer I would wait at least 3 more years to see if it grows anymore when your done with puberty. If you never went through puberty yet then I would advise you to go see a doctor about that. The doctor will probably give you hormones(kinda like medicine) so you can go through puberty if you have not yet and if you do go through that your penis may increase in size.

Yes there is surgery that will increase length only, but is really risky and even after the operation if goes well, you have to wait like 6 months before you can do anything with your new penis and you would only gain like 1-3 inches at most, anymore and your penis will fall off ^^, so it's just a waste of a lot of money, does not do to much and there's the risk of damaging or not having a penis at all.

I would not recommend doing the surgery and if you went through puberty already and did the hormones then you will probably **** up your body and possibly die.

I honestly don't know, but I feel much better since I started shaving my pubic area. My penis only "peaked out of my pubic hair about a 1/2 inch." I gained another inch or more!
