Many penises have a slight curve to them. Sometimes if you have had an incident where you have been hit hard in the penis, slight damage can occur and scar tissue can form. Scar tissue is elastic and shrinks as the penis heals.. This then can cause a bending to one side.
I wouldn't worry too much about it.. as long as you can still get the job done who cares! ;)
