Masturbation is very normal and healthy. If you are looking at girls of your age and get turned on by it, then great for you, it shows you have a normal and healthy sexual appetite.
Obviously, if the girls in the photo's found out for any reason, then that could cause them to get upset and they might not like you or talk to you again.

I'd advise you to immediately print those photos off and store them under your bed, for later. Then delete them off of your laptop.
