What to do for my boyfriends 20th birthday?!

His birthday is next month and I was thinking about taking him out to eat..making him a guitar cake(he loves music) and get him a replacement of his favorite sweater which he got dirty since he works at an auto body shop. Maybe some balloons? too much? Then finish the night off with some hot sex and maybe give him a lapdance or something i dont normally do. What would you guys think if your girlfriend did this for you? He already told me he loves me although i havent said it back yet and weve been dating for about 3 months..but he was my ex from before.
