Im experiencing that also.. But not that serious.. So, From my own observations, the best way to avoid it is to just stay cool.. Go in a place where the temp. is 23°C or lower.. Avoid applying lotion to your palms because it will activate your pores.. There is also a traditional remedy that old folks are saying to me but didn't do it though. It is putting your hands in a lukewarm water with salt on it.. Some of my friends that is experiencing the same testified that their sweaty hands are gone for good.. having sweaty hands can sometimes be a very big obstacle on things you want to do like art and even play piano.. Good luck in getting rid of your sweaty palms..

You could try Witch hazel it can help tighten pores and remove excess sweat. You can either rub Witch hazel oil on with a cotton ball or wipe your hands with witch hazel wipes or witch hazel pads, which should be available at your pharmacy. Witch haze oil can be bought for 3 to 5 dollars for a 16 ounce bottle.

This is just a short term solution to help with the symptoms, you need to cure the problem.

There is a publication called 'Cure My Sweaty Palms".

Visit the blog below to get details of the book (it was about the 5th post down last time I looked) and other helpful information.
