How does Viagra work?!

Question: How does Viagra work?
I get that it helps with the blood flow, erections, etc. but after taking one do you have to be aroused in order to get an erection or does the medicine just work on its own?

For anyone who may have taken it, how well does it work?

Answers:

I hope your not young like a teenager, if so I would recommend your staying away from Viagra or Cialis. I am a Cialis user and it works fine. It enables me to have a firmer erection. And yes it is just like everything functioned ok. That is you have to be aroused in order to have a erection. Without the medicine even if aroused it is difficult if not impossible to attain an erection. This the case with us older men.

Here's how viagra works: Viagra inhibits the PDE-5 Enzyme, and this prevents your body from destroying nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is signals the muscles surrounding your blood vessels to relax, increasing circulation. An increase in the amount of nitric oxide in your body ultimately increases circulation. Viagra is not the only supplement that can achieve this result. There are herbs and amino acids that can have similar effects. Horny Goat Weed, for example, has been shown to increase nitric oxide. There are others as well, such as: arginine, cnidium monieri, ginseng, etc.

I usually take Spartan Blend, but that's just my personal preference. There are plenty of herbal supplements that can boost libido, similar to Viagra, just to a lesser extent. However, you should definitely talk to your doctor before you take anything.

dont use it
its not a good idea
you can get the side effects an unless you wanna end up at the ER with your dick standing straight up
haha i wouldnt take it
it pushes the blood in to your penis to make it bigger an stay hard longer
no good

Some people suffer side effects - such as a sudden drop in blood pressure. You might miss out on all the fun - if you're dead!!
