im a male 17 years old and my voice sounds pretty deep and its ruining my self esteem and is the reason why im always quiet. Is there ANY way i can make it less deep? i hate it so much, seriously.

Ok, Im confused... how can a deep voice on a guy cause you to have low self esteem? Thats part of being a guy.
You cant change your voice, permanently. You can only talk differently like actors do. But your natural voice will always be what it is.
chicks like a guy with a deep voice so you should be proud of it. wear open neck shirt or polo shirts with your collar up so they can see your adams apple.
