Though your situation is indeed quite saddening, I would say it was bound to happen. If you use dubious methods like pumps (read my article on the Pumping Technique elsewhere on this very site), then there are great chances that you will do more harm than gain to your organ. See, pumps work by forcing blood into your organ. As you yourself have said, this is an unnatural method of making your organ larger. I've used them and I guarantee you they will give you a rock hard erection and most of them come with a ring that fits around the base of your penis to keep the blood from leaving the penis once you remove it from the pump. Anyone who claims they don't work is either totally uninformed or has absolutely no personal knowledge or experience with them. They are medically approved for male erectile dysfunction and are prescribed by most Urologists and are partially covered by Medicare when prescribed by a physician.

Yes penis pumps are safe and contrary to what anyone says they do work very well. The pump creates a vacuum inside of a clear tube made of plastic where the penis is inserted and a vacuum is created by the pump as it draws out the air expanding the penis and giving a man an erection. Some of them have a vibrator attached to them that will cause the man to have an orgasm if he wants to use it for that purpose but usually they are used to get an erection and have sexual intercourse.
