Why do some guys have defined muscles while others dont?!


Question: Why do some guys have defined muscles while others dont?
I see guys in the gym who spend roughly the same amount of time in the gym and do pretty much the same stuff yet some look really defined while others just look normal.
Why is this so ?

#2 Steroids
#3 What you eat really makes a large difference. I know some people who don't need to spend as MUCH time at the gym, because they drink like... protein shakes o.O



the defined guys do more reps on less weight than the other guys
