Question: Why arent i growing "down there"? please help me i need serious answers?
i am 16, my penis is like 2-3 when hard, it has not grown much in my life. ive been this same size since as long as i can remember (i saw a picture of me when i was like 6 and it was basically the same size as i am now). i have very low testosterone levels (diagnosed when i was like 13). i took the replacement stuff that my doctor gave me... i got pubes, pit hair, deeper voice bigger balls, etc but my penis never got bigger. i dont want to tell my mom because im really embarrassed and if i tell my doctor he might tell my mom but i want a normal dick (the average is like 6 inches and i wanna girlfriend, she might laugh at my baby penis) please help me and thank you for reading

Baby, don't worry. Of course most girls love a bigger one. But there are some ways for you to make it bigger. This site may help you a lot, baby. Take time to read the whole page:

Okay, first thing first. Drink EXACTLY one cup of bleach. After that, snort an egg yolk. Find a very tall building, tie a longish rope to a cinderblock and then tie the other end to your penis, drop the cinderblock off the side of the building and then your penis will be longer. Leave the rope attached and masturbate furiously until climax. The more you bleed, the longer you will get.

You have the answer in your own Question.

Low Testosterone.

It directly affects penis size.
Go back to your doctor = no you are over 16, he cannot tell your mom
see if he can adjust dose.

May be too late but worth a try.

See a doctor.
It's better to be shy about it and do it now than suffer all your life.

Latter it will be very difficult.
A doc can help till you are in early puberty.
Don't delay it

Embarrassment is NOT FATAL !!
Let your Mom know so she can make arrangements to seek a medical evaluation.
