Order of events for sex, is this right please help?!

Question: Order of events for sex, is this right please help?
So I'm an 20 year old guy and my gf is 18. Normally when she comes over we chill in my living room for a bit, talk, watch tv for about 30 mins to an hour and a half. Then we start making out in the living room and then we start touching each other (hand jobs and fingering) which lasts for another hour or so. After that we realize we wana have sex (which we have not cause we are virgins) and then we go to my room. Their we foreplay again for another hour or so but by that time we are tired and out of it.

Is this normal? The problem I have been having is whenever a condom needs to go on I go flaccid right away. And now I noticed that after a long time of foreplay (hand jobs) like 1.5 hours after that I go flaccid too. I'm just wondering am I starting to go flaccid because we are waiting too long for sex?
I have NO erection problems though, I can maintain them and have them no problem. thanks

Answers:

Here's your problem;
Most guys are different, for me i can literally stay hard as long as i'm aroused by something, but for a lot of other guys, 1.5-2.5 hours is a long time.
What i would suggest is to not take that long with foreplay. I agree that foreplay is as good as sliced bread, but sex is better so you might as well get to it after like 20-30 mins. And if you go soft every time you put on a condom, get your girlfriend to do it and see if that helps.

I don't think much of your Order of Events.

Suggest you cut Tv.
Go str8 to your room.
Foreplay 15 mins
Shag 35 secs.
Afterplay 20 mins
Shag 3 mins
Shower.

Yes lots of guys have problem with condoms.
Maybe need more practice
or find another contraceptive method.
