Men are by nature very visually stimulated. So your enjoyment of porn/pictures is understandable. HOWEVER, you don't want to become dependent upon those things in order to perform sexually. Try to do without the porn/pictures. Instead, practice using your brain to find the images there. Close your eyes and develop some fantasies that turn you on. Think of someone who turns you on and visualize them in your mind. This way everything you need is within you and not from some external source.
I've had the exact same problem since I was 12 y/o, that is if you wish to call it a problem. It's really not a problem if it doesn't interfere with your life in any way. You can always masturbate without looking at any visual aids but it will most likely take away some of the excitement and pleasure of masturbating. I very seldom look at porn myself but I like looking at erotic pictures of hot looking girls, nude or partially nude and I've been doing this from day one.
