Question: Anyone have any MAJOR tips for getting a six pack?
Hey there, I'm 17 years old about 5'8 and 135 lbs. I eat very lean mostly fruits and water, and i understand that showing your abs is about body fat percentage (8% is about where you need to be to show your abs?) and not crunches. My body fat percentage is around 12 - 14 percent and i do about 150 crunches and run at least one mile per day, is this a good workout plan to get a six pack? anything helps if you know what you're talking about.

For a kid like you, running a mile probably wont be enough. Try getting in at least half an hour of cardio a day. And if this is for looking good over the summer, you can try running first thing in the morning before breakfast, do your crunches and stuff then in the evening do another half hour of cardio. You will see results with patience and hard work.
