I'm not used to workin out so i know its normal to be sore.... but for 4 days! and in my left pec im getting this unusual type of soreness. kinda like a discomfort/pain. WTF?!?!?!

It could take 1 to 2 weeks to fully become not sore any more. Some people heal from slight soreness in only 1 to 2 days. A little more moderate sore can last up to 4 to 8 days. It is a little not normal to be so extremely sore, if you are that sore it can take up to 2 weeks at most to become not sore anymore. If you are not that sore and still fill sore after 1 or even 2 weeks, I would advise seeing a doctor.
Man I don't think I have ever used the word sore so much at once, dang it I said it again!
