Question about getting buff without weights?!

Question: Question about getting buff without weights?
Alright well i know that its hard to get buff without weights but ive set my mind to it so im gonna do it. The promblem is im 16 and my mom wont let me by wegiths becuz she is an asshole and controls evrything i do. So ive started doing pushups, triangle pushups, inclined pushups, Dips, pull ups, chin ups, calve raises, and a few other body only exercises. I know that while they might make me big for the first few months it will slow down. So what im wondering is i know that muscles grow when u tear them. People are always saying u will get bigger by lifting massive weights and doing few reps. The problem is i dont have access to any wieghts but i have an idea. Once pushups. pull ups, chin ups get easy can't i jsut do more and more until i cant do any more aka muscle failure? wont this tear the muscles and cause them to grow bigger? or am i wrong? i mean like doing 60 pushups until i would just fall down cuz it hurt too much or will this not tear the muscle? any useful help is appreciated. dont tell me about about nutrition, sleep, or that i need weights because i know all that i want to know about that and dont need any advice on it. And it would be nice if anyone has any stories of them getting bigger without weights and how they did it. also any exercises u know that are good for getting muscle without weights. thnx.

All in all, you will be fine for a while. Personally, I think push ups, sit ups, etc. are better overall when done properly. They work your secondary muscles, while often times when people use weights they are only focusing on one or two groups. While I was growing up push ups were about all I did, and not all that often, and my arms were nearly as big and strong as my athlete friends. I guess I should mention, that I am a larger person, though.

As for your reps idea, you are mostly correct. However, there is a huge difference between muscle fatigue and the actually max strength of them. If weights don't become avaible, I would just keep uping the number of reps you do. My thought, though, is by the time that comes around, hopefully you can talk your mom into letting you get some. A place like Wal*Mart has a complete home set, for a 100 bucks or so. Good luck!

First of all you should be more respectful; don't go calling your own mum an asshole. Secondly, before you even think about "getting buff", you should think about putting more effort into school because I seriously struggled to read that.

In relation to your question do some research online. www.bodybuilding.com is a good website to use. There's also a forum on there where you can ask/discuss any questions or issues.

I am not going to read this >.> so i'm just going to say: buffing out your car with weights does not help

TOO LONG
