Uhm... it'd be a mixture of both. Same when you saw a log & the water splashes up. It's a mix of your pee & the water, chances being you peed before you dropped one. & I don't think anyone has done a test, they probably just positioned themselves differently the next time.
It is your own urine, which is why you should point your penis down to soften the streams against the urinal wall.
