Well if I was the guy, I'd much rather hear it from you rather than your friend. When the girl has her friend tell the guy then it just makes the girl look shy. Guys like girls that are outgoing and take risks. Plus if he seems like he kinda already likes you when he hears you like him he'll most likely ask you out. Hope that helped
it isnt anoyying when you have someone else ask them out but it sometimes is a tern off. for me for that matter. if you like them you should be able to just go out and ask them but find out if they like you first
