skinny fat! should i bulk?!?!


Question: Skinny fat! should i bulk?!?
I'm 5'9 , just a little below 180 lbs.. Skinny arms, skinny legs, loose skin (i used to be fat), fat stomach, and the worse for me is fat face. I do however have a broad chest and somewhat wide back.. I hate how I could pull my skin and it would stretch out to two a couple of inches. I've been trying to slim down but thought to myself why not try bulking.. is there a way to bulk up while losing stomach fat and face fat? Should I go for the bulk or aim til I'm say, 12 percent bofyfat then bulk? I'm confused.. thanks in advance..


Ps I don't know what my BF is but I'm sure it isnt over 20 percent..

I used to be skinny fat. Its alot better to build muscle first because if you try cutting itl be hard because you dont have much muscle mass. Bulks usually last atleast 3 months, also if youre a begginer and never lifted weights your a noob, meaning you can build some muscle while losing fat, but it doesnt last forever so take advantage.
