Question: Im 6ft 4in 208lbs....i just started exercising and weightlifting...?
I need some tips on buff building my chest and fatty foods i shouldn't eat. Thanks.

Flies and wide grip bench press build width in the chest. Pull overs build thickness. When doing bench press I personally got the fastest results using a declined bench. Other guys swear by an incline bench. You have to find out what works for you.

Even though it sounds counter intuative, squats will help as well. Working the big muscles in the legs and hip makes you produce more growth hormones so your chest work will have faster results.
