I'm not sure how it would ruin your sex life. Having sex is way different from masturbating. Just take your time during sex to enjoy it more. I don't really know how you slowly enjoy masturbation, anyway. If I do it slow, I fall asleep. But sex is different.
time will tell. in theory doctors believe that rushing through masturbation leads to premature ejaculation. i dont know if i agree with that, but that is the theory that is out there.
