Answers:

You're a late maturer, Brandon, but you are in puberty now and that is the main thing.

Boys begin to grow taller once they start puberty but are not growing taller at their fastest until late in the process. Typically, at about the same time a boy has at least some pubic hair, the beginnings of underarm hair and a changing voice (that sounds like you!), he'll be growing taller at his fastest. It's also at this point that a boy's penis will be continuing to grow, not just in length but also in thickness. (You say that yours is not thick.) Muscular development also occurs late in puberty.

There are no promises in this area but from your (very full) description you're at a late Stage 3 or early Stage 4 of pubertal development but about 2 years older than most boys who're in this stage. Within, on average, 2 years (though there is a lot of variation) you will grow rapidly taller, your penis will reach its adult size, you will become more muscular and your shoulders will broaden. Your underarm hair will thicken and your facial hair will become noticeable, especially on your upper lip.Your voice will also be completely broken by the end of Stage 4, but I expect that will happen quite a bit sooner.

Add your biological parents' heights together (you'll have to find out who they are!), then add 5 (all in inches) and divide the result by 2 to get a predicted adult height but don't take this too seriously...there are often exceptions. However, you won't know your adult height until, I expect, your early twenties as you're a late maturer. Furthermore, boys often continue to get slowly taller even after their main growth spurt is over.

As I say, you're a late maturer but are well into puberty now and will see all the changes you're worried about soon now. I would be surprised if you're not very different physically within a year and you'll be close to complete maturity within, probably, two years or not much more....although your body hair (on shoulders, face and chest) may take longer to be fully grown. Please follow this link for a fuller answer but I hope I've answered your questions and you are now reassured, Brandon.
