Wet Dreams... How To Stop Those ? HELP?!

Question: Wet Dreams... How To Stop Those ? HELP?
i have stopped cu*ming for 2 months
since a week; i have been wet dreaming while sleeping like 3 nights a week
this is disastrous; i'm ruining all of my underpants
i'm not even dreaming about anything during sleep
and i'm not lusting before sleep
i web-searched for a similar problem and it says if u used to cu* and then u stopped; then u will wet dream and cu* perhaps one time every 2~3~4 weeks.. but i'm cu*ming much more
thanks for any convincing explanations and any help to avoid this problem...

Answers:

Its super normal pal. Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill. Just rinse or hand wash your underwear in the sink and let them dry, preferably in a dryer or just let them hang somewhere to air dry. This is very common with teens and even into the 20's is not uncommon. Masturbation does help in limiting the amount of wet dreams you have, but may not entirely stop them. Perhaps try spanking the monkey just before you go to sleep to see if that helps. And much of the time we have no remembrance of what we dream about at night, and its nothing we have any control over. And try not to think of it as disastrous, that's very melodramatic. It may be inconvenient and perhaps embarrassing depending on if you are in a boys dorm or something like that, but if you are in your own room I would not sweat it. Relax, this is very normal and will pass. Peace

Have you tried increasing the times you masturbate during the week? This will probably help your situation.

Just masturbate as much as your body needs (dont over do it!) because wet dreams happen from not enough or at all masturbating

You should strap yourself with explosives and go to a mosque and detonate yourself.

Smirnoff Vodka

Masturbation or sex at least once a week will stop wet dreams. Duh!

Get some "DEPENDS" and enjoy the dreams!

go back to jacking off and the wet dreams will stop
