I have two grandpas one is 75 the other 79 the 79 year old just had twin boys the 75 yeAr old just had a lil girl when i first heard both dna test were positive i was like how is this possible and no i realize the twin girl look like my mom is this a good thing and how is this possible

It is possible but not probable and it is probally her sister
They are very healthy.
