Is it wise to gym after a night of heavy drinking?!

Question: Is it wise to gym after a night of heavy drinking?
I had a hangover this morning but now I am fine, would it effect my performance and recovery?

Answers:

Yes it would. The alcohol diminishes essential water and proteins needed for work out and recovery. Plus, the stench of alcohol would be reeking from your skin.

I find if im ******* trahed the night before. I think by trashed i mean like 30 units in one night haha. Which i think is equivalent to 12/13 pints. Then i wouldnt recommend it. If its just casual drinking like say 16-20 units i would go in the evening. But make sure during the day i load up on lots of water, lots of food, lots of protein and rest and sweat it out, a sauna is good for this gets all the **** out.

But thats just me on average i wouldnt even bother as when i drink i dont know when to stop and i end up spending a day in bed on life support haha.

Good luck

It would affect your performance, as you just cannot concentrate and you are laboring hard for no good purpose

Not wise.

Alcohol is a poison
get it out of your system before putting more load on kidneys.

yeah but take it a little easy...that hangover will start coming back...as long as you feel fine then go for it!
