Is there any problem with masturbation ?!

Question: Is there any problem with masturbation ?
health or social problem ?

Answers:

There is no longer any doubt among doctors and therapists that the supposed negative effects of masturbation are false. It is a perfectly normal and healthy form of sexual expression. Ninety-five percent of men begin to masturbate at puberty, and many continue to do so throughout life without negative consequences.

Masturbation only becomes a problem if it becomes a substitute for other forms of sexual activity.

It is important however to masturbate in a way that will help you learn how to control ejaculation so that when you do have a partner premature ejaculation will not be an issue.

No man is born with the ability to control. Controlling ejaculation is something you have to learn just as you had to learn to control your bladder as a child. We get taught to control our bladders but no one teaches us how to control ejaculation.

The American Academy of Family Physicians confirms that: “Behavioral methods are helpful for more than 95 percent of men who have premature ejaculation.” So, if you have tried “exercises” and they have not helped it is because they have not been explained properly to you. Many of the treatment programs offered online have not been written by professionals.

Do not waste time or money on sprays, vitamins, herbs, dietary supplements or drugs. This is a learning problem and these things will not help you learn to control ejaculation any more than they can help you to learn to speak another language.

There are a lot of high-priced programs advertised online but all you need is an inexpensive little book written by a doctor and sex therapist that has been used successfully around the world for more than 32 years.

It is called "Lasting Longer: The Treatment Program for Premature Ejaculation" by Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D. For more information just google the author’s name: Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D.

I take a lot of my answers on this type of topic from the Bible and related Christian Books.

Here is what I draw from all I have read.
Masturbation the physical act, of touching yourself, there is nothing wrong with it.

It becomes wrong when you look at porn, read stories, or think of dirty thoughts,
Jesus said that it is wrong to lust upon a woman.
Think of it like this, when you read those stories or watch those movies, you have stolen from the future husband of the "actor" and from your future wife as well.

Jesus goes on to say that lusting is basically doing the act.

Think about it!

sometimes men have an overabundance in sperm so they expel either through wet dreams or masturbation. nothing wrong with that.

none whatsoever :P enjoy except ive heard rummors that someone people it might affect your stamina in bed :P some people it help some it doesnt but dude just do it its fun :)

yes, i don't find it satisfying. I don't know if that's a health or social problem though. . .

Only if you do it in public !!
