Question: I am age of 25yrs & wt 44 is it right for me?
i am age of 25yrs & weight of 44kg Height of 5'5" i look like very thin is right for me i joined jym but found negative then i left that. (i take in breakfast banana 4 pcs and 250g milk only and afternoon bread or rice half plate in any place or hotel the reason of field working and at dinner time bread or rice.)

Your really need to find ways to add to your diet, your barely getting any protein or fat ( your body AND brain need fat).

Are you still a member of the gym ? Not understanding, "found negative" if you mean people, forget them, you need your health, not friends. If it was too much on you, it was because your not eating enough, and probably were over doing it ( most people do when they start, they don't understand the body and brain need time to change gears, to handle regular work outs).

5' 5" = 165 Cms = for this height Men should weigh between 58 & 63 KGs (age does not matter)
For this you have to take good protenised food daily.
No cigarettes (tobacco in any form), Coffee, Tea, all types and branded carbonised soft drinks and Alcohol in any form.
You have to maintain timings of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast before 9 am (not sumptuous but light and sufficient).
Lunch between 1 pm & 2 pm and this may be sumptuous.
Dinner before 9 pm (again dinner should be sufficiently light)
Avoid bakery products as Maida, white rice (to be specific all whites) has no healthy ingredients. Maida in any form is more unhealthy.
Start using Wheat, Raagi, Jowar on a regular basis.
