I workout so much and i weight lift a lot but i have a problem?!


Question: I workout so much and i weight lift a lot but i have a problem?
i look very small compared to other people that can lift the same amount i can my muscles just cant get as big as theirs even tho we lift the same i am short about 5'6 and i just turned 16 i go to the gym every so often and i look the smallest out of everyone but i can do more weights than some men there. My friend told me its because my mom is very small so i turned out small also but my dad is very huge he looks like a bodybuilder so will i stay this small always or how much time should i give it? when will my puberty cycle end?

Answers:

The size of the muscle and the strength of it have nothing to do with one another. It sounds to me like even though you don't look very muscular , you can lift a lot of weight. And that's what you should go by. A great goal is to be able to lift your own body weight. If you can do that, no matter what your size your good!

As far as puberty goes...every one is different. No one can tell you when you will complete puberty. I can tell you that you likely still have some growing time. I know someone who grew 3 inches AFTER he graduated high school!
