There's a problem with the term "dry orgasm", there is no such thing as a dry orgasm, an orgasm is the plateau of sexual excitement. Ejaculation is the emission of semen. Since in general many men ejaculate right after having an orgasm it's dubbed that an orgasm is necessarily the emission of semen. The interesting thing is that one can separate an orgasm from ejaculation. Many women reach an orgasm in sexual stimulation (be it sex or masturbation) but fewer women ejaculate which followed by an extreme orgasm. For men this doesn't happen so easily, because a man will generally ejaculate right after an orgasm. Being able to separate these two stages from each other for a man is a plus and could lead you to last longer in bed.
About your question, it's possible, the prostate orgasm is used for massaging the prostate gland in order to produce a flow and elimination of seminal fluid (semen) without ejaculation. Yeah, it all musta came out in the first time you came. I agree that thers really no such thing as a dry orgasm, you just didn't ejaculate.
